Two pastors told me to give back my engagement ring. We was soo shock by the first Pastor…..we gave up at the gate. Wanted to visit Audrey Chapman and all the experts until “we” decided “I” decided. I am just going to married this man. UMPH! This can not be true? I could not get pass the part of what those folks backgrounds was about…ummmm. Some of those folks have been divorced, they were unhappy but my parents had been married for eons…now over 50 plus years, I started to take a account of dem peeps giving advice. Between Granger, Cherry and my parent and his parents. I needed to take a leap of faith. I shut dem people who was on wishy washie asinine bullshit down. Jump the broom. I can not tell you how many counselors we sought before getting married? ManTwo pastors told me to give back my engagement ring. e was soo shock by the first Pastor…..we gave up at the gate. UMPH! He said he does not want to do any more marriage counseling. Then I knew….jump the broom. Ran down to the “Justice of Peace”. We is married y’all. Spent 14 days on a Jamaican Island. HA!
